Terms and Conditions

The following business terms set the legal conditions that apply to all customers.

1. Service Features

1.1 Kickback Agreement

The customer may benefit from the products offered by CmpGme. The kickback agreement involves a fixed monthly payment for access to the services CmpGme provides to its customers.

The kickback agreement can be terminated by the customer once it has been active for a minimum of 6 months. Termination happens via the platform by deleting the profile. However, deleting the profile does not automatically cancel the kickback agreement, as the estimated kickback amount that the customer should have paid will still be invoiced. The customer is obliged to repay the outstanding amount in full. Removing the profile therefore does not exempt the customer from the obligation to pay the kickback amount until the cancellation is confirmed by CmpGme.

The kickback agreement is valid for one month at a time and renews automatically each month unless terminated by the customer.

CmpGme offers kickback agreements where the fee is based on the additional revenue we help the customer generate. CmpGme receives payment only when the customer achieves increased revenue. Structure:

  • Step 1: For a monthly revenue increase up to 26,000.00 DKK, a 10% kickback is paid.
  • Step 2: For a monthly revenue increase over 26,000.00 DKK, a 5% kickback is paid.

1.2 Setup Agreements

A setup agreement is a one-time purchase of a service, regulated and signed by the parties involved. Decisions, actions, descriptions, etc., made or taken by the customer and at the customer’s expense are not binding on CmpGme. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions of the setup agreement.

To promote good collaboration and avoid misunderstandings, CmpGme provides informative guidance to the customer. This service includes recommendations on how to configure the company in CmpGme. The service is advisory and non-binding, and CmpGme is always held harmless in connection with the agreement with the customer.

  • Starter Pack: Medium help — Price: 3,750 DKK excl. VAT
  • Starter Pack: Max help — Price: 7,500 DKK excl. VAT

2. Payment and Payment Security

Prices for available products are shown on the relevant page. Payment must be made when the invoice is issued and sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Payments made through CmpGme’s payment system meet security requirements and are properly protected. You can view payment and banking details by logging into the platform and opening the Admin tab. Your payment statement will appear with the concept: CmpGme.com.

3. Delivery

Questions regarding delivery of the customer’s products depend on the terms and conditions agreed by the parties. In all cases, the customer is responsible for managing shipment and delivery of their products and assisting with Brander requirements.

4. Order Confirmation

Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with an invoice attached after month-end. Keep a copy of the email and the purchase terms for as long as you have an agreement for our services.

5. Right to Return and Right of Withdrawal

Products and services purchased via the CmpGme.com platform cannot be returned unless expressly agreed between the parties. In general, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless explicitly provided by law, in which case the customer must assert the right directly.

6. Activate / Deactivate Service

The customer can unsubscribe, cancel their CmpGme account, or remove the CmpGme app by logging into their profile. Deactivation of access does not exempt the customer from paying any amounts due until the kickback agreement expires.

7. Taxes: VAT

VAT is not included in the final prices. Information related to prices and VAT appears on the relevant pages.

8. Legislation, Disputes, and Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to these terms shall be governed by Danish law and settled by the Danish courts.
